Apply it 15-30 minutes before the start of your workout to help your muscles and joints warm up properly, which will reduce your risk of injury and premature muscle fatigue.
Instructions for use:
Apply the cream directly to the areas to be warmed up and massage gently
until fully absorbed. Preferably use 15 minutes before warming up.
Properties:
· Heterotheca inuloides: increases circulation in the area, preventing excessive lactic acid buildup and reducing muscle pain.
· Calendula officinalis: has anti-inflammatory properties, which prevents injuries.
· Ginkgo biloba: improves circulation, so when applied to the localized area, it sends more oxygen and reduces muscle fatigue.
· Juniperus communis: effectively reduces muscle pain, allowing for long training sessions and prolonging muscle fatigue.
· Zingiber officinale: Local anti-inflammatory that prevents injury and muscle pain.
· Capsicum: Increases local circulation and causes a mild rubefacient effect.
Precautions:
For external use only. Do not apply to injured skin or mucous membranes. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of irritation, discontinue use. Pregnant women should consult their doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
