Loose Loose over hard Medium Trail Enduro Downhill
The legendary High Roller returns with an all-new hybrid tread design, but with the same winning style as always.
The third generation High Roller, developed from input and testing by our World Cup athletes, is designed to tackle mixed conditions at high speeds. The center tread uses a half-herringbone design similar to the Shorty but with a lower knob height. These knobs provide excellent ground penetration in soft, loose or dusty conditions, while remaining stable enough to prevent squirming on hard surfaces. Cornering traction is improved by large, well-supported side knobs for predictable handling.
The third generation High Roller sits in Maxxis' gravity range between the Assegai and the Shorty. The High Roller's widely spaced tread clears dirt better than the Assegai and performs better in drier conditions than the Shorty. These attributes make the High Roller a versatile option when conditions are soft or loose, but don't warrant a mud spike.
