HOW TO USE

1. Remove any old rim tape or adhesive tape and clean the rim.
2. Make sure the rim is clean and dry before applying the rim tape.
3. Take the rim tape out of the package and align it from the opposite side of the valve.
4. Start by unrolling a small amount of the tape and pressing it with your thumb or finger to maintain pressure.
5. Continue to hold while pulling back the tape and firmly stick it down once you have a few inches the tape will stick and no longer need to be held.
6. Continue around the entire rim (if it has a large concavity you can pull and move the tape to fill any edges)
7. Overlap the tape about 10-15 cm.
8. Leave a small amount unglued so you can cut the rest
9. Once cut, outline and pull the tape down to create a seal
10. Go around the edge with your thumb to make sure there are no air pockets or messy areas.
11. Once you are satisfied with the look, locate the valve hole with a small pin and cleanly pierce the tape to position the valve.
12. Grab your tubeless valve and remove the lock ring and O-ring
13. Choose the correct rubber fitting for your rim tape and insert the valve into the rim
14. Replace the O-ring and lock ring making sure to lock the valve (do not overtighten or you could damage the rubber)
15. Reassemble the tire of your choice taking care not to damage the tape (by using tire levers etc)
16. Inflate the tire to create a fit (you should hear some clicks around the rim)
17. Release the air and remove the valve core using the spare valve cap
18. Take the sealant pouch and give it a shake
19. Unscrew the cap and place it on the valve in the upright position
20. While holding the pouch rotate the wheel downwards so that the pouch is now upside down
21. Introduce the sealant by rolling the pouch downwards
22. Rotate the wheel back upright and remove the pouch
23. Reinsert the valve core and inflate to your pressure
When refilling new tires with sealant, we recommend degreasing the inner surface of the tire to remove any oil or mold release agent/residue from when the tire was manufactured. For best results, use our fast-drying degreaser, disc brake cleaner, or adhesive and sealant remover, along with a clean cloth for effective cleaning. This process ensures maximum adhesion and effectiveness of the sealant.
