The DEORE XT M8250 SHIMANO RAPIDFIRE Plus shift switch offers a natural feel right out of the gate but can also be modulated to fit any hand, thanks to its familiar fit and evolved adjustability design. Multiple shifting modes, such as sustained multi-shift and two-step multi-shift, offer versatility and precision, while the tactile click prevents false shifts, and a third customization button allows for an additional adjustment system or the connection of a third device.
