Giro Helmets

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SIZE
Wrap a measuring tape around your head, keeping the tape level from front to back. Note the measurement and refer to the Size Guide.

Note: We recommend trying on helmets before purchasing. Ensure the helmet fits with a little slack when the fit system is loose, and sits low enough to protect your forehead without impeding your vision. Once you have the right size, you can fine-tune the fit.

HOW TO ADJUST THE SIZE
Step 1: If the helmet has one, adjust the fit system at the back of the helmet for a snug, secure fit. Some fit systems also include a vertical adjustment feature allowing you to adjust the front/back tilt, for optimal placement on the head.

Step 2: Adjust the straps so they rest just below your earlobes.

Step 3: Adjust the buckle so it rests against the back of your jaw/throat.

Step 4: Adjust the internal padding if necessary.

Step 5: Check the fit to ensure the helmet is comfortable and secure. It should not roll forward or backward, or slide around.
