Instructions for attaching the heart rate band
1.Moisten the electrode area of the chest strap.
2.Place the chest strap below your chest and adjust it to a comfortable length.
3.Connect the heart rate module.
4.Once attached, the heart rate sensor will automatically turn on and transmit continuously.
