In 1982, SILCA developed the first regulated CO2 inflator. In Claudio’s own words: "Before the EOLO, you had to twist the cartridge and pray." Giving the user the ability to regulate the flow of gas entering the tire was key to popularizing the use of compressed gas on the road. The EOLO IV continues the SILCA tradition with a dial design that allows for perfect control of airflow into the tire. The all-metal construction of the EOLO IV contains no plastic parts and is made entirely of 6063 series aluminum and stainless steel. The hardened tool steel puncture pin doubles the hardness of traditional pins, ensuring smooth operation in any condition for many years.
