As authorized Trek dealers, we back the manufacturer's limited warranty for Trek, Bontrager, Electra, and Diamant products, covering defects in materials and workmanship for frames, components, equipment, and accessories. Here are the key details so you know how your investment is protected:

Warranty Coverage

1. Lifetime (for the original owner): Complete frames, main frame, and suspension arms.
2. Up to 2 Years: Clothing, parts and accessories, rear suspension pivot components including bearings, swingarm and accompanying hardware, and components, paint and decals.
   
3. Subsequent Ownership: For owners who purchase second-hand products, frames and forks are covered by a 3-year warranty from the original purchase date.

Special Programs

• Trek Carbon Care: If your carbon frame or component sustains accidental damage outside of warranty, you can access a significant discount to obtain a replacement or repair of carbon fiber parts.
• Carbon Care Wheel Program: Designed to provide peace of mind to those who purchase Bontrager carbon wheels. If a wheel sustains structural damage after the first two years of purchase, you can access a repair or replacement at a reduced cost.
• Bontrager Helmet Crash Replacement: If a Bontrager helmet sustains an impact within the first year of purchase, you can request a free helmet replacement.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal product wear and tear and improper maintenance.
• Incorrect assembly or installation of non-original parts.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence.
• Labor costs for part replacement or component conversions.
• Products from other brands installed on the bicycle.

Claim Requirements

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Proof of purchase: Required to verify warranty validity.
• Authorized dealer: All claims must be processed through an authorized Trek dealer.

Additional Benefits

Unconditional 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any Trek or Bontrager accessory, you have 30 days to return it to the original store, with the purchase invoice, to request a refund or replacement.
