X01 Eagle AXS Rear Derailleur

This is an all-new derailleur, designed and optimized specifically to be motor driven rather than cable actuated. AXS powered components enable personalization and scaling to each rider's liking through the AXS App. It features a shorter cage for 10mm more ground clearance, with more chain wrap on the cassette to sit slightly further forward, and more inward from the Eagle mechanics. The Eagle AXS derailleur is smart enough to protect itself thanks to its incredibly resilient overload clutch. In the event of an impact, the gearbox disengages, allowing the derailleur freedom of movement, and instantly returns to its position for an uninterrupted riding experience. The system has been water and dust tested to IP69K standards for stream crossings, mud splashes, and the resulting pressure washes after riding.
