The STACYC 16eDRIVE is the perfect choice for little shredders with some experience on a balance bike and who are a bit taller and/or more familiar with STACYC stability cycles and need a larger platform. Your child should have an 18” or more inseam to adequately touch the ground with a slight bend in the knees for optimum sizing. Your child can learn to push, balance, and coast in the non-powered mode. Graduate them to the powered mode (the holy grail of fun) as they show proficient use and understanding of the brake and the ability to coast and brake while standing. Start with a speed similar to what they can push the non-powered version, and they learn the use of the twist throttle, and a long coast turns into consistent use of the throttle and giggles. As they continue to develop skills, the medium speed of the STACYC 16eDRIVE allows for an exceptional amount of outdoor fun, getting thousands of hours of hand-eye coordination, balance, and outdoor exercise.

Lifetime (for the original owner): Complete frames, main frame, and suspension arms.
Up to 2 Years: Apparel, parts and accessories, rear suspension pivot components including bearings, swingarm and hardware and accompanying components, paint, and decals.
Subsequent Ownership: For owners who purchase second-hand products, frames and forks have a 3-year warranty coverage from the original purchase.
Special Programs
Trek Carbon Care: If your carbon frame or component suffers accidental damage outside of the warranty, you can access a significant discount to obtain a replacement or repair of carbon fiber parts.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal product wear and tear and improper maintenance.
Incorrect assembly or installation of non-original parts.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence.
Labor costs for part replacement or component conversions.
Products from other brands installed on the bicycle.
Claim Requirements
To initiate a warranty claim:
Proof of purchase: Required to verify warranty validity.
Authorized dealer: All claims must be managed through an authorized Trek dealer.
Additional Benefits
Unconditional 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any Trek or Bontrager accessory, you have 30 days to return it to the original store, with the purchase receipt, to request a refund or replacement.
