• Vectran Breaker is spun from liquid crystal polymer to create a multi-strand thermoplastic yarn. This partially crystalline fabric is more cut-resistant than aramid and has five times the tensile strength of steel. A Vectran Breaker is lighter, more flexible, and more effective against cuts than a nylon Vectran Breaker, without affecting rolling resistance.
