The Madone SL 5 Gen 8 is a lightweight, aerodynamic race bike that brings elite racing technology to a lower price point. It offers similar aerodynamic advantages to the more expensive Madone SLR Gen 8, but with a more budget-friendly 500 Series OCLV Carbon setup and a two-piece cockpit with hidden cable routing. It's built to race, with geometry that ensures speed in sprints and control on fast descents. A Shimano 105 groupset offers precise, reliable mechanical shifting you can count on, all at a lower price.
